Integrative coaching from the inside out - meeting you where thinking alone can’t reach.

You’ve done the research. You’ve worked with therapists. You’ve tried pushing through. And you still find yourself stick - caught in the same loops of fear, doubt, and anticipation, living smaller than you want to. That’s where a different approach comes in.

A different kind of support.

You can vent to your therapist, reframe your thoughts, practice affirmations. And if you're still bracing, still anticipating, still living in avoidance — it's not because you haven't tried hard enough. It's because the mind alone can't reach what the body is holding.

Most of my clients are thoughtful, capable people who've already tried a lot — doctors, support groups, endless research, psychotherapy, alternative medicine. By the time they find me, they're worn down. Not just by symptoms, but by the constant grind of scanning, bracing, and blaming themselves for not handling it better.

Psychotherapy has often been part of the journey, and it's done real work — they understand their patterns, they've done the reframing. But their body still feels on high alert. You can't think your way out of a fight-or-flight state that comes from living in a body you don't trust, and no amount of insight alone creates the deep sense of safety the body is craving. That's where a different kind of work is needed.

Coaching opens a new path. I integrate somatic work, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, compassion practices, and acceptance-based strategies — and I bring the perspective of lived experience. I know what it's like to lose trust in your body, to feel the weight of fatigue, stigma, or medical gaslighting, to question your identity when life no longer looks the same. That lived experience matters — not just so I can empathize, but so I can help you find real, practical ways forward.

Mind and body, together.

You can vent to your therapist, reframe your thoughts, practice affirmations. And if you're still bracing, still anticipating, still living in avoidance — it's not because you haven't tried hard enough. It's because the mind alone can't reach what the body is holding.

This work joins mind and body together. Integrated, responsive, and grounded in lived experience. We work with what's happening directly — more than talking about it, you metabolize it through cognitive and somatic processes.

From contraction to expansion.

When a chronic condition takes hold, life tends to shrink. Activities avoided, plans cancelled, a world that gets smaller in the name of staying safe. The work we do together is about reversing that — gradually, honestly, at your pace.

By developing the trust, resilience, and inner resources to meet uncertainty differently. To move through it rather than around it. To find that life can be full — genuinely full — even with a body that works differently than it used to.

WHAT CLIENTS SAY

Michael is the best ❤️❤️ He has helped me so much in a short amount of time. He has an amazing way of distilling everything down into just the right words to make a strong impact- he’s such a great listener and coach. He definitely gave me some tough love that I needed to hear.

Michael is so patient with me, pushes but not in a way that ever makes me feel that I will fail. His sense of humor is appreciated.
